Rotaract Cultural Exchange - Results

Dear partners,

We finally get to the end of the selection stage of our new visitors! It was really difficult to choose only two participants, because we received some very interesting profiles and we know that would be great to get each one of you. But unfortunately, we can not get everyone, and we had to face the sacrificial task of choosing just two.

Thanks in advance for participation by all, and remember those who are not selected, for sure will have another opportunity to experience this beautiful country that is Brazil, perhaps on the second edition of our project.

Taking advantage, we also want to wish everyone a New Year full of achievements and success, hoping that soon we can meet and share experiences of our clubs.

Bazar de Natal 2009

Caros amigos, O Rotaract Magé já está recebendo doações para o seu Bazar de Natal.

Esta será a 5ª edição do Bazar de Natal do Rotaract (já realizado em 2002, 2006, 2007 e 2008).
Com a venda de roupas usadas recebidas através de doação pelo simbólico preço de R$ 1,00 hum real) permitimos que pessoas carentes tenham acesso à roupas por elas escolhidas e que satisfazem suas necessidades, além de dignificá-las por estarem levando um bem adquirido por elas.

Este ano estaremos na Feira de Piabetá nos dias 28 e 29 de Novembro e na Feira de Magé nos dias 12 e 13 de Dezembro.

PRÊMIO OSÍRIS DEL CORSO - EMBAIXADOR DA PAZ

Concurso a nível nacional de artigos acadêmicos e redações.

O objetivo do prêmio é criar um amplo debate na sociedade sobre casos de violência - física e mental - e estimular a participação mais incisiva da sociedade civil em ações que promovam a paz, a segurança e a compreensão entre os povos. O prêmio também é uma homenagem ao jovem Osíris Del Corso.

O temas escolhidos procuram incitar aos participantes uma reflexão sobre os caminhos que levam a Paz, através da Justiça, da Filantropia e da condução de Políticas Públicas. Sendo assim, o tema para artigos será "Justiça e paz: Por uma sociedade mais humana", e o tema para redações como parte do Projeto Multidistrital proposto pela OMIR-Brasil será "Paz, Por que não? ".
